The participants in these competitions are judged on the symmetry of their muscles and their overall condition. The Mr. Olympia competition is a well-known competition, and one of the most famous winners of the competition, Arnold Schwarzenegger, is a World Gym alum. The National Amateur Bodybuilders Association (NABBA) judges Mr. Universe, another bodybuilding competition in which World Gym alumni have claimed the title. In addition to both these competitions, new titles have been created that allow women to participate and compete in bodybuilding.
