Child Care

Children three months of age and older are welcome. Activities include video games, TV, movies, jungle gym, crafts, games, and puzzles. Child Care is free of charge for our members.

All new members receive two complimentary sessions with our certified WORLD GYM Personal Trainers. Sessions include:

Aerobics

Aerobic classes are held Monday through Saturday in our 2000 sq. ft. aerobics studio complete with hardwood spring-floor. Aerobics is a fun way to better cardiovascular conditioning and the classes are free of charge for members.

Martial Arts

Curriculum includes belt ranks white through black, weapons training, sparring, forms, self defense techiques, kicking, and boxing. Classes are held in the evening Monday through Friday.
