Welcome to World Gym Bethany Beach! The Delaware club is 6000 sq. ft and the Group Exercise studio another 3000 sq feet, you are treated to 9,000 sq. ft. of fitness utopia!

The club has a variety of cardio equipment- Life Fitness and Nortic Trac incline trainers and treadmills, Precor ellipiticals, StairMaster steppers and Life Fitness upright and recumbent bikes. Recently added to the Strength Training Area is the weight assisted equipment for all levels of fitness, plus a full line of weights and benches including cable machines, Smith Machines and dumbbells from 5 lbs. to 150 lbs.. The club offers full locker rooms, towel service and a Hex 2 stand-up tanning bed. In the Group Exercise Studio, a variety of classes to assist with all your fitness needs-Cycling, BODYPUMP, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing and Bootcamp. A Nutritionist and Personal Trainers are available as well to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. Sessions are available in thirty or sixty minutes to accomodate your schedule.
