CLASSES

YOUTH
Kid's Fitness is available through KARI KARDIO for a small fee, with a focus on teaching kids how to stay healthy and active. Don't let school budget cuts keep your child from being active this summer - send them to Kid's Fitness!

POWERLIFTING
One of the only public gyms in Lee County to offer a dedicated area for true powerlifting called our Power Performance Team. We have hoasted numerous Powerlifting meets, including national level competitions, so we know powerlifting. Monolift, Forza competition bench, deadlift platform and more. Come in, close the door, chalk-up and lift.
