All new members receive a detailed orientation to the use of the equipment. Call ahead to confirm staff will be on site when you plan to come in - If we don't answer we are likely with a client on the floor, so be sure to leave a message - we gladly return all phone calls. *If you decide to drop by without calling ahead, we are happy to greet you if we are here! Don't be surprised; however, that the door is locked, as it does remain locked at all times. As stated below, our members have keys to access the gym anytime. World Gym of Millsboro features state-of-the-art Cybex, HammerStrength/LifeFitness equipment in a full selection of machine weights, free weights, cardio with individual tv units, aerobic/floorwork area, private bathrooms with showers, music 24/7, friendly atmosphere with lobby, vending and pro-shop area.....We at World Gym of Millsboro strive to maintain an excellent standard of customer service, providing many early morning, late evening and weekend staffed hours in addition to our 'posted' staffed hours of Mon-Thur 9-6, Fri 9-5, Sat 10-2, Sundays by appointment. *Hours may vary at times. We do leave occasionally during the day for meetings or appointments.
